The students have learned a great deal of what it takes to climb Mount Everest. They were presented with a mystery as to who really was the first to summit Mt. Everest. Even though there are many clues, the students have to live with the fact that there is no answer - in TAG, we call this "tolerating ambiguity." Ask your child about Mallory and Irvin. If your child is expressing continued interest in Mt. Everest, I would highly recommend the movie, EVEREST (based on Jon Krakauer's book, Into Thin Air.)
