The most fun idea they came up with was how to determine the one athlete would who be declared winner supreme of the Winter Olympic games and earn a platinum medal. The way this would happen is that all athletes who won gold medals would be in a winner-take-all in a new event - extreme snowball fight !!

The students were so well-prepared and were very articulate/knowledgeable when they spoke. Check out pictures HERE. Some great news: The size of our class has doubled. All fourth grade TAG students at NPES will now be with me for TAG until the end of the year. It was so nice to meet some new students when they arrived Thursday afternoon, as well as be reunited with those students that I taught in 2nd grade TAG. The students are very excited to be starting the Consumer Science unit.
